What do you like best?

I like how many groups you can create, I like how you can customize them, I appreciate being able to mute certain group messages and leave others on alert, I like that you can see location as well. If not everyone has an Iphone it can be difficult to create business group messages and this allows you to regardless of the phone.

What do you dislike?

The alert noise can get pretty annoying and there was a glitch once that caused the notification to show there were always 50 plus notifications when really there wasn't

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For companies that have door knockers as part of the business I see it as very helpful. Communication is easy, you can customize group messages, check locations. We use it and like it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can keep track of where the door knockers are and when they check in because you can see the location.
