What do you like best?

I have terrific experience in using Vouchery. My company has many platforms to promote our products. Before using Vouchery, we create and synchronize the promotion one by one on each forum. Sometimes we also missed one or two platforms. Then, we found Vouchery. Vouchery helps us to create, set, synchronize and redeem all kinds of promotions to all platforms. It's time-saving!

What do you dislike?

I recommend Vouchery to provide a tutorial video on their main page. Although it is easy to use, some of the users might be confused the first time. Then, Vouchery could simplify the explanation provided on the website. The description could be better if it is in the form of points. Besides, everything is incredible.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend Vouchery to companies who want to save their time to review their customers during promotion days. Vouchery will manage the things, and you only need to focus on your promotions. Cool!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Decreasing promo abuse is quite difficult. We can't clearly and review customers who use our promotions. And sometimes it depletes our marketing budget. Since we subscribe to Vouchery, they manage those things. And we can easily block specific customers who fraud our promotions.
