Advanced user of Voalte MessengerThe best part is how easy it is to use Voalte Messenger and how easy it is to teach nurses, techs, and physicians (who never want to learn something new) to use this product. They now all love it.
I dislike that there can be some lag time or at time it can be hard to hear notifications so staff might miss something important.
I have loved this product for my staff. It is easy to use, navigate, help with communication, and solve issues in a very timely manner.
Patient satisfaction by far. If one physician is late they can have another start for them. It has been very helpful.
