What do you like best?

I believe Vitay is so nice for those filling out the reference because they can do it on their own time. We work with a lot of nurses who have busy schedules and work nights so it's easy for them to do it when they are free!

What do you dislike?

I wish Vitay would give them a call and a text message instead of just a text message because it will alert them to look at their phone and fill it out quicker.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems I am solving are getting references back from those who don't answer their cell phone numbers/ don't want to talk at the time.
