Advanced user of ViSolve Pluggable Billing Module (PBM)ViSolve has made medical billing extremely user friendly and codt effective. The software has multiple free demos that cater to recent graduates to tenured staff that may not be as tech savvy. Their online training is extremely useful.
Claims submission is integrated with the ability to follow-up on submitted claims, however, it's integration with some of the practice's existing hardware was difficult. Customer support was somewhat helpful, but we found that trial and error was a bit more successful than attempting to explain to a customer service representative for some issues.
