Very complete set of tools
What do you like best?
Vincere has a complete set of tools to handle all the pieces of the recruitment process. It allows for automatic communication with both candidates and job owners, this saves us a considerable amount of time. It contains everything necessary for automatically tracking all openings and all recruiters from out home office. It has powerful reporting tools, which means all our manual reports are a thing of the past, replaced with automatic reporting that provides us with all the information that we need instantly. The fact that it's a cloud based solution makes it flexible for our teams across Mexico. The integration with our email simplifies the communication for our users. In all it is a very complete solution. The Team at Vincere have been very good at supporting our needs and helping us get the most of this most powerful tool.
What do you dislike?
That we didn't find it sooner!!! It really has helped get our efforts under control. I see no downsides at this point.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our Recruiting department has grown considerably in the last few years, the main thing that Vincere helped as accomplish is to improve the communication with job applicants, with our clients and amongst ourselves.
