What do you like best?

Over a decade ago we built an in-house VOD system that integrates with our LMS. Over this period we have used about a half dozen players. I must say that this one is the best. It is quick, clean, and highly configurable. Never an issue with it unless a user has said no to javascript. Handles subtitles (web vtt) very nicely and users like the option to watch videos at 2x speed.

What do you dislike?

I can't really think of anything that I dislike.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This player works well and we now have zero support calls about a player not working, unless you are a bonehead and have js turned off.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problem that we were trying to solve was that we needed a player that would work across all platforms and all browsers and that could handle multiple sidecar vtt files and HLS. This did it.
