What do you like best?
The total integration of from receiving of materials, brewing, bottling all the way into the accounting program. We are able to know where our efficiencies and inefficiencies are throughout our process. All of the batch information is in one spot and follow the entire process. Our annual mock recall and TTB reporting are a breeze.
What do you dislike?
We had to switch our accounting software to Quick books online which was a step down for us in the accounting world. This program is very slow and does not have the capabilities of our old accounting program. But the benefits way out weight this problem.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The workflow with Vicinity has become easier. Recording the processes now is done by the people performing the process. Before a whole bunch of information flooded our accounting department and they would record the process which was cumbersome and didn't allow us to truly analyze each step of the process. We have more data then ever before to really help us work on efficiency and consistency of our batches.
