Advanced user of VerunaVeruna had some innovative ideas but still had a long way to go to catch up with other agency management systems. Customer Services was not up to par. There were a lot of glitches that still needed to be worked out. We tried for a year and had to give up as it was hindering our day to day process with our clients. The concept is a good idea, however if you are not an expert in Salesforce platform this system can be very confusing.
If you were not familiar with Salesforce, you can get lost in all of the coding needed to get your agency set up. We were unable to export documents out of the system as all of the files would be corrupted. We lost files as well. Support was not up to par and often either didn't respond or was unable to solve our problems. I spent hours within the tutorials in the Salesforce training platform to realize they did not apply (or I didn't know how to apply them) within the Veruna system. I also spent hours trying to get help configuring the system to work for our brokerage and was very disappointed in the outcome. I believe that this product went to market far too soon before all of the glitches could be worked out. I was able to get another AMS system up and running in months, where Veruna was still not even compatible with our agency after a year.
I would compare all other systems. Hopefully Veruna has come a long way since we cancelled our service.
We were not able to solve any problems with this system. It actually created more issues for a new agency.
