Good report set-up and good support for when needed
What do you dislike?
Nothing in particular I dislike. There are several features that I am not familiar with and don't use in my department but I haven't heard complaints from other departments

It's not for everyone (no software is) but check it out if you're in need of case management/billing tracking

Job History reporting, Medicaid billing, VR and other grant billing and tracking, ability to import data into payroll software
