Versatrans Can Help Your District Manager Student Transportation
What do you like best?
The ability to upload/download student information directly to the Versatrans server and get out student scheduled to their bus transportation. Setting up the boundaries of the district as to assist in identifying non-resident students.
What do you dislike?
That it takes 72 hrs to get a student added and showing on the route sheets and in our SIS, Infinite Campus program. It would be better if this process was 48 hrs.
Some of our boundaries are varied along roadways and that is tricky sometimes in setting the district eligibility limits of bus ridership. Some of the trouble shooting involved in why a student that is eligible is not getting routed. Sometimes it's on our end, other times it's Versatrans.

If you are looking for a software partner to assist in scheduling your student bus transportation, I suggest you look into Versatrans. The customer service is outstanding and the assistance they provide to properly scheduled students to transportation has been a real time saver for our district, the bus company, and our families.

Ridership confirmation, setting limits to avoid overcrowding of buses. Keeping parents informed of bus route information for their students having accessibility to the information via the download into the SIS, Infinite Campus/Parent Portal on our district end.
