Horrible customer service reps for this system.

What do you like best?

Quick and easy use of system. Anyone with a brain can use this system. Lots of space for use of different cashier options. Easy and fast shift ending and check out finance statements.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I don't like about verifone is the issues with the system freezing and shutting down and the technical support staff is absolutely horrible.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to always update the system when necessary.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Any problems that arise with certain credit cards or over payment is always easily fixed with verifone.
