Engage in Venngage! Create Beautiful Infographic designs with little-no experince!
What do you like best?
What I like best is the ease of use and ability to pay for services when I need to use the platform. I like being able to purchase either a month, three months, or more of time to use the full features that I need when I need them. When my paid upgrade service is over, my created designs are not lost, and when I need to work on new ones, I pay for the upgrade service again (instead of using the free plan), and all my designs are there for me to use/edit or create new! Venngage has made it easy for me to effectively communicate important messages to my recipients without hassle or confusion.
What do you dislike?
I wish all templates were available in a single upgrade. Having to upgrade to higher plan levels to gain access to specific templates seems a bit much. Overall, it is a great service! I like it much more than competitors in the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When considering the competitor sites, Venngage is the best product on the market that I have come across. There is little to want for when using the site, and the support team is amicable and easy to work with to solve any potential issues.
I would compare the pricing of competitors, but also their term agreements for service use and length of access to upgrade options.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I create infographics that highlight my business services. Being able to include active links to videos and websites is incredibly valuable. I also use it to make contact fliers for networking groups. Having an easy to use infographic service like Venngage is a huge benefit to my agency! I am able to create understandable informational pieces that translate my message quickly without need for any detailed follow up. The links I am able to insert into the designs also make it incredibly easy for my recipients to take action and move forward.
