Vendasta provides an end-to-end ecommerce platform to 40,000+ partners who sell digital products and services to more than four million small and medium businesses (SMBs) worldwide. These partners include marketing agencies, independent software vendors (ISVs), and media companies.

The Vendasta Platform allows these groups to easily adopt new solutions from a marketplace of cloud-based technologies that they can sell under their own brand to their SMB customers. The platform provides AI-driven marketing automation, sales tools, and an integrated CRM to facilitate go-to-market. It also includes project, orders, and billing management systems to help scale through robotic process automation.

SMBs are provided one login for all solutions purchased under a Vendasta customer’s brand. They enjoy a single integrated dashboard with prescription, context, and tracking. Using the Business App dashboard, SMBs are able to manage the information and solutions that make their businesses successful online.

Great platform for local digital agencies

What do you like best?

The people at Vendasta are the absolute best. I have been working with Vendasta for years and at the beginning of 2021 engaged with them to provide the platform and products for our agency. Their solutions are top-notch and the technology is great but their people make all the difference.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I actively dislike about the platform and Vendasta. I am a highly technically skilled person, so if anything I could say, that I wish there were more flexible integration options with outside technologies but from what I understand those are coming.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take the platform for a spin on their trial offering and make sure to talk with their sales consultants. I've never had a better value-driven experience with a vendor than I have with Vendasta.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Vendasta as a centralized place to learn and develop professionally. We use Vendasta to manage our sales processes and many of our marketing outreach processes. We have realized huge benefits in leveling up our own and our team skills and knowledge and consolidating a lot of our software expenses down.
