All Veeam Solution Products are firm and solid
What do you like best?
One of the main points on all of the Veeam Solutions products is the easy-to-use design.
For Orchestrator in specific, we have looked at the Demo but because of resources, we have not deployed to production (although we have done a good evaluation of the product).
Great support although...
What do you dislike?
Great support although when facing challenging situations, I have found that the support in Europe (Veeam is a Swiss company with presence in the US and other countries) tend to be more knowledgeable.
They are working towards better documentation, but in the past, documentation was not too clear, which would lead to some errors on implementation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a really good tool that we are still evaluating. We do have Backup and Replication Console and it does a fantastic job.
