What do you like best?

The simplicity of this program to create barcodes for your products is it's most positive attribute. As someone who designs products that are often sold at retail, the fact that this program can create barcodes in vector format makes them infinitely easier to work with, and send to the printer with confidence that everything will come out as clearly as it should.

What do you dislike?

It can be a bit clunky, and the ability to create other types of codes would be nice. It does not offer the ability to create Serial Number or receiving label codes. Additionally, there is nowhere in the software I can find that lets you create a template to use going forward, so every barcode is created from scratch. Not a HUGE deal but it would be nice to create a bar code panel with a product name that could be switched easily from one item to the next. There is also no code scanner to ensure that the codes will work as needed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They seem to be improving the product, so try a Demo and see if it fulfills your needs, but in my experience there are other products with more options available to you. They may be more expensive than VectoBar Pro, but they'll offer some features that VectoBar Pro doesn't.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's allowing us to create barcodes that we can import directly onto our product files so that they can be sent to the printer without fear of getting lost in translation. The fact that they are produced in vector format allows us to scale them as necessary without fear of something becoming pixelated.
