What do you like best?

I enjoy the simple UI as well as ease of use Vault Press offers. I have been using Word Press both academically and professionally for quite a while now and everyone understands the importance of backing up your work.

Vault Press takes out the worry of not backing up your data correctly and knowing exactly what steps to take since Vault Press guides you through it. It is reliable and easy to use which makes it an excellent backup tool.

What do you dislike?

Vault Press still only offers limited options and features. In other words, I don't like that I am not able to customize certain features to make them work the best for my purposes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Vault Press is a great tool to use with Word Press to backup data and prevent security threats.

I like how it is integrated so seamlessly. The support has also been excellent whenever I run into any problems, especially if my problem requires immediate attention.
