What do you like best?

What I like best is the ease of adding Vin numbers and pictures of the vehicle for ease of running it through the system again. Think of it as Carfax but for collisions inventory.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike is trying to find insurance companies working from the same software that are familiar with the tools as we are.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't hire 2 extra people to enter in, and review, when you can do this yourself with ease. If it was a phone app that you could scan the Vin with it'd be even easier but it's beautiful for what it is.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No problems. The benefits are the general manager of the shop, or even the clerical person, can input the data with ease.
