What do you like best?
I really enjoyed the home page which gave helpful pie charts describing which notes and charts were up to date, how many notes you were missing, and how many still needed to be approved by your supervisor. It was clear and concise and provided a good overview. I also enjoyed that you could have your schedule in the application.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes Valant would not save the note that took a long while to type. It was very frustrating. Also, occasionally clients would not show up on the schedule for a few hours and if you have someone scheduling for you, it was sometimes easily missed and two clients were scheduled in the same space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good system to help you organize your records. Easy to use. Easy to train new staff on.

Valant has been helpful in regards to having billing, schedules, and client charts all in one easy location, instead of having to log into multiple platforms for each of these. It is a system that is easy to learn for new staff.
