Slow recruitment, sub-par quality participants

Usertest.io lets you pay per participant, eliminating the need for an annual contract like we have to with similar companies.
What do you dislike?
The turnaround for recruitment process is significantly slower than its competitors, at least in the US. The quality of participants is lacking compared to its competitors. Customer support is slow to respond.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend UserTest.io if you are not up against a deadline and need to run a test to make a quick decision, as recruitment in the US can take 5~7 days. It's also a good solution if you don't need to gather written/multiple choice responses in addition to the audio and video recordings. It is also much more cost effective compared to similar products in the market today.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am trying to gather user insights using UserTest.io. The concept is great and there is definitely a need for this product - the execution is just not there yet, and we can't wait around 1+ week waiting for participants.
