Advanced user of UniverseThe benefit is that we can manage all the steps involved in the sale of tickets for the various events organized and carried out by the company. It gives us the option to manage refunds. The control panel allows us to visualize and adapt to its operation instantaneously. Finally, and in order not to extend myself with Universe, we can be in constant monitoring of ticket sales.
If the amount of number of events is a period of time is high we can notice slowness in the system. Clients eventually complain about having good access that allows them to review the list of company events.
Although certain system failures are appreciated, it is clear that they are committed to continuous improvement and objectively we can appreciate the service-cost, cost-benefit relationship.
It has improved my performance in the creation of regular events that are done in the company.
