What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to efficiently keep up with active, inactive, applications and review/rejections for candidates. I have benefitted in hundreds of ways. The ability to keep track of an applicants working status is by far the most efficient tool. I can have a full report of when the candidate applied from their home, was called by a recruiter, interviewed, and hired. All notes for the applicant are in one spot but accessible from multiple locations.
