What do you like best?
What I find most valuable about Udemy for Business is the ability to have on demand courses, variety of subjects offered, liaise with the clients and check which courses are most beneficial for various employees to improve their skills in prerequisite subjects. Also enjoy the flexibility and having specialized solutions for various teams and needs. The instructors they feature are introduced before commencing on their page which is a bonus.
What do you dislike?
Many of the specific help options featured on Udemy for Business are rather limited. Would like to hopefully see more in person help in the software rather than a virtual automated assistant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend asking your business or organisation whether they prefer a subscription or individual course model to acheive their objectives. If you are looking for targeted indivudual courses, I recommend Udemy for business.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am helping the team solve using the Business Content Collection the a la carte course collection finding what's most benefical for each team member to work with them on an individual basis so they can focus on the individual courses they want without having to pay for a subscription model
