What do you like best?
It was a good program when I first purchased it, but has become unreliable.
What do you dislike?
Just completed an entire complex estimate and the program refused to save. Lost 5 hours worth of work. Suprisingly, this was not the first time. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

cannot solve problems when it crashes all your data
