Easy to use

What do you like best?

It is an easy to use phone system. I like that you can access everything on your computer.

What do you dislike?

If you have a physical phone, a lot of the computer features aren't really necessary.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a good phone system, but consider whether or not the features would be truly worth it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It makes it easy to search for a missed called number. Also I like that I can see if a colleague is available before walking to their desk
