Uberall for Google Business Listings Management
What do you like best?
I work for a company with over 30 retail locations across the state. We get a LOT of Google reviews across the region we serve, so Uberall comes into play when we are reading and responding to those reviews. It is so helpful to have them all in one location, on one easy-to-use dashboard where we can respond to them, vs. having to respond to them individually through Google MyBusiness. It's a huge time-saver for us! We can also make real-time changes to our listings, which has been critical in the last year... there were several instances where we needed to change a location from open to temporarily closed (due to COVID-19 or weather-related closures), and this platform allowed us to make those changes quickly and without much disruption to our daily functions.
What do you dislike?
My one issue has to do with responding to questions asked through Google MyBusiness - unless I search the specific date that the question comes through, I sometimes have a hard time finding it. This may also be an issue with Google itself, but other users can answer those questions, vs. the business itself being the one to answer. Again, this is likely no fault of Uberall's, just an observation. The answering of a question also typically defaults to my personal Gmail for some reason.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our rep is amazing and always so helpful, so that has made the learning process for using the platform much easier and enjoyable. That said, there is a great help center within the platform where you can type in virtually any question or how-to and get the answers you need.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using Uberall to maintain accurate Google MyBusiness listings for our 30+ retail locations and various donation location listings. We also use it to respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
