Really reliable suggestions thanks to its efficient rating methods

What do you like best?

Hotels can collect and classify the information circulating on the network about their accommodations, and build an accurate portrait of their reputation. I had the opportunity to review this tool for some clients and I can say that behind this platform these people carry out an extensive market study and relate to customers for better management and optimization of the reputation of their hotel. The platform has the ability to analyze all the information obtained and develop a reliable management of the hotel's reputation and its impact on social networks.

What do you dislike?

Reports, no, do not look for them, these should be offered by another, there are not any here, or you can use Prophet, a separate but free tool. It is not a tool for hotels that are looking for an All-In-One. You need external tools to complete the Revenue Management needs of a Hotel. If you are a small Hotel and your needs are small, it will be very useful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

To support this tool, the hotel should adopt a comprehensive comment marketing strategy to share and display its positive reputation through its website, in order to convince more future travelers to book their stay. In addition, gathering feedback from customers is a valuable way to obtain relevant data that encourages positive operational changes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to the new Live Chat channel, it allowed the company to respond to reservation requests in real time and convert online visits into more direct bookings with better customer service opportunities. This is important because it responds to the growing demand for requests from travelers for services in real time before and during their stay.
