By far the cheapest solution to manage meeting rooms and much more
What do you like best?
We were initially looking for a booking solution to manage our meeting rooms and we found that Tribeloo had the most complete and by far the cheapest solution to manage our meeting rooms compared to other products.
After using it for our meeting rooms, we started using Tribeloo to also manage our desks and parking spots. The experience to book a desk or room is the same, because it uses the same Outlook add-in and you don't need to go to a different tool to look for a desk or parking spot. It simply gets added to your Outlook event in your calendar. Everything also works great on mobile phone which is really usefull when you are on the road and you need to book a place.
You can see where your colleagues will be so it's easy to meet up when you want to work together. No need to contact everybody in advance anymore.
Tribeloo has many features but also some advanced features (for example adding booking privileges for certain rooms and people, because some rooms need approval if you want to use them) where we needed some extra help to set everything up. We asked Tribeloo for support and they went through all the features to help us get started
What do you dislike?
no real dislikes. Everything is working fine. We gave some ideas for additional features some of which were already added

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There was a lot of frustration when using the standard calendar tool because it was not clear what was still available and this resulted in double bookings for meeting rooms.
Assigned desks could not be used and now people can free them up when not in the office for somebody else to use them.
We also are using Tribeloo to plan the return to the office in a smooth way. People request a space that then needs to be approved by the office manager
