Not worth the time

What do you like best?

When we first got trial pay it seemed like a great addition but it quickly became a nightmare.

What do you dislike?

It very rarely gives you the award and attempting to contact customer service is a joke. It basically tells you if you try to contact support you'll get banned.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do not use its not worth your time or effort it takes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We attempted to use this sort of as a marketing tool but it never worked and our customers didn't take to it all.
