What do you like best?

Trend Micro Apex One catches most viruses compared to other virus scanners. I've been using it for years now. I can see the progress that Trend has made over the years.

What do you dislike?

Too many updates to do and you have to reboot for the changes to take place. Mostly likely you would have to wait until the weekend to install these patches espeically production machines.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Purchase the Trend Micro Saas or Cloud version as you don't have to take care of all the updates. Trend micro does it all for you. They have regular scheduled maintanace dates. Support is a great you can sign into the portal and create cases there. They have some FAQs that you can look at too help solve your issues or you can create a ticket with trend.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have already migrated to Trend Saas. The cloud version of Trend where no updates need to be done by the administrator. Trend does it all for you. That is a real plus. They schedule maintenance windows throughout the year to do this.
