I would sit down with your staff to see why current and potential clients are not using your services and are thus frequenting your competitors. Then I would see how a CRM solution would help you to increase Client loyalty and implement the best CRM. Evaluating more than one CRM is vital.

We had potential and current clients not responding to our travel incentives for booking with us. Our clients are niche based and our Administrative support can be limited at times.
