Difficult application integration

What do you like best?

This product widely used in travel industry.

What do you dislike?

There are very little support from TRAMS regarding application integration with system. If you are running a big enterprise and you have multi layer environment it is practically impossible to find either company or knowledge base for a correct integration solution. Took us several different approaches and only through out of trail and errors found what would work best.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We came to realization that with API (through Sabre.Trams.AppServer.Client dll and Remote connections ) we can solve allot of automation that we had difficulties with
