What do you like best?
Trainual has helped us streamline all of our processes. It allows us to put all of our trainings in one location so that our staff always has information handy. My favorite part about this program is that you can assign the activities to employees and they can complete the courses remotely. You can integrate small quizzes on the topics and you can keep track of where each learner is in their coursework. Another cool feature is the "forum"; I like this feature because it allows learners to ask peers questions and leave comments about the training. As an admin you can restrict content posted in the forum and create new trainings surrounding the questions asked. Addtionally, trainual keeps a library of all of you content. This is a cool feature because staff can see what courses are offered but need permission to access them (if that is how you have your account set up). Overall, trainual has helped us eliminate the need for in-person, lenghtly meetings to go over topics that can now be easily accessed online and at the users leisure.
What do you dislike?
Although you can use templates, I think that the downside to using the lower version of Trainual is that you do not have access to all of the features. Such as; integrated screen recording, premium gifs, and photos. I think that if you pay for any of the services you should have access to these features. It does however allow you to link your videos and insert outside photos without purchasing the upgraded package.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you purchase the highest package so that you have access to all of the features.

Trainual has helped us eliminate the need for in-person, lengthly meetings to go over topics that can now be easily accessed online and at the user's leisure. We hope to also eliminate the need for our quarterly training or policy refresher training by just assigning the course on this platform.
