Amazing product! Great for Law firms who handle personal injury!

What do you like best?

I love that you are able to track all of your information for potential clients. You are prompted questions to ask for each type of case so you don't forget any important information. You are able to keep up with all of your potential cases in one place, know whether they were signed or rejected. It keeps up with your call history, recording all incoming calls so you can go back and listen again if there was something you may have missed the first time.

What do you dislike?

It can get a bit confusing when inputting a case for the first time. It would be beneficial if they had a How To Guide that could direct you as you go if needed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely worth the money! Very easy program to use once you are trained.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

You are keeping track of all of your potential cases in one place. Plus, you are able to look at their name and know whether the case was signed up for rejected. You are prompted questions to ask for each individual case type that are important but you may forget while speaking to the client. It also records all incoming calls that you are able to go back and listen to once the call is complete.
