What do you like best?

Tracked allows users to assign tags, estimates, and labels to Basecamp tasks and setup Kanban boards on the project, individual, and team level. It makes Basecamp *almost* a functional project management tool.

What do you dislike?

As an admin user, it is challenging to add new users to the account. The input for "estimated effort" does not allow you to input custom data so you are stuck with the provided ranges.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're set on continuing to use Basecamp, Tracked is a must-have addition.

Tracked helps us provide at-a-glance statuses on to-dos. Our IT team has customized a Kanban board for their particular workflow, which has eased some of the lack of visibility inherent to Basecamp.
