They can log into your GPS and know where your vehicles are at all times, the way the company does, if you allow this procedure. It's an add on, your choice of this.

If you do not have a relationship with this type of service, and you have a rather large fleet, this is a great service they offer. One call, and you're good. Tow truck will be dispatched to recover your vehicle and tow to your place of choice for repair.
