What do you like best?

I loved the fact that the app kept me up-to-date on scores, event results and times as well as an overview of the tournament schedule.

What do you dislike?

Large tournaments were difficult to decipher as there was a huge amount of information on the screen and printing off the information on a regular printer, for parents, was cumbersome. There needs to be a more visually appealing and easier deciphering method for overall tournament development.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Those who were familiar with the app found it easier to follow games and the schedule when they had one or two teams that they followed. Persons were less likely to be late and mix up venues when we had several different venues and draws.
