Advanced user of TopLeftIt provides a visual overview of support tickets which makes interpretation very quick and easy. It is highly configurable and setting up the board as per your need is very easy, thanks for their robust development team.
This tool is very good, no real downsides as such but the cost is a bit on the higher end which goes out of affordable range for small teams.
If you want card based dashboards to visualize the project, service and sales tickets for your team to easily identify if there are any bottlenecks in work completion or if they want to visualize then next thing to do then you must try Kanban for ConnectWise.
There was no good Kanbanize tool available to visualize the ConnectWise board due to which visualizing the data was not possible at all. Now that the team has this official Kanban for ConnectWise available, it has drastically improved the visualization ability of tickets which was long sought
