What do you like best?

Simplicity in usage - no complicated connections, you can do anything you want just clicking on what you need.

What do you dislike?

No synchronizations with third parties - I can't sync with Jira, for instance, or can't set up a notification, or a connection to Google sheet. I can do that once by migrating, by this won't work if I need it to work all the time. But I guess that's my problem - not Tom's, cause this maybe just not the tool that was supposed to be very integrated and auto-updated.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am managing the ongoing team's tasks, basically, I use it to give myself a top-level overview of what's going on, and to plan the following week/month. The best thing about how it works is that I can put several time blocks in a row, which is typically not possible in classic Gannt chart
