Organizing and Fulfilling Tasks Has Never Been Easier For a Scatter-brained Entrepreneur!

What do you like best?

You can edit, categorize, and access many lists with ease. You can subsume multiple lists underneath one group and therefore create helpful and pertinent categories. This helps me when I am creating lists for different kinds of tasks or different days. On the phone, the lists themselves are very easy to modify- with simple swipes and taps, you can edit, delete, or mark items as complete. In addition, as you open the app, every single group, category, and list is visible in plain sight. You don't need to open up folders or click on links to see everything. This is especially helpful for me as I tend to forget that which I don't see. In addition, the items can be split into smaller items that can be checked off individually; this is so helpful if tasks require multiple steps, and you operate better if you try to tackle one mini-goal at a time.

What do you dislike?

You can't transfer items between lists; therefore, if you wish to move an item to another list because of an altered deadline or a change in categorization, you must construct a brand new list. This can get tedious.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'd recommend that everyone should use the schedule feature intentionally and keep up the scheduled items diligently. Otherwise, these items will continue to linger in the scheduled "section", thereby adding clutter.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

ToDo Cloud helps me to organize tasks associated with each individual day, week, and month. This sub-categorization is immensely helpful as larger lists overwhelm me. This helps me not only keep track of the tasks but also helps me prioritize and construct a productivity timeline. As I tend to be scatterbrained, this app helps me sort out all of the tasks neatly. I have used other organizational apps like Trello, but ToDo is more functional for me.
