Tixoom is simple to use for us and the customer
What do you like best?
Pretty easy to set up, no complicated connections between apps and emails to customers that make sense and don't complicate the viewing process.
What do you dislike?
The connection between Tixoom and Stripe posed a few questions but all seemed to work well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had problems with Eventbrite's communications with our customers resulting in some people needing a refund as they couldn't access the event. Tixoom is much easier to set up than Eventbrite with Zoom.
