What do you like best?

This makes titling a breeze. It is seamlessly integrated with county requirements which makes errors zero to none. Customers love that they receive their tags/titles quickly. I love that the paperwork required by TitleTec is simple and straight forward.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that certain counties can place holds on drivers licenses and I have to call to have the hold released before I can process their title work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We eliminate the need for customers to return to resign paperwork done incorrectly. We also reduce the amount of monies over/under charged because TitleTec calculates the fees for us.
