What do you like best?
Tinyclues makes it possible to target customers who are interested in a very specific product. If we would base those selections on historical booking data, our selections would always be a lot smaller.
What do you dislike?
Offer types need to be created before they can be used, it is not something that goes automatically based on the variables that are delivered. We have already a lot of offer types available, but if we need an extra one, the question is almost always urgent as our campaign planning is very volatile based on the market circumstances.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to target customers for a very specific product and we are able to customize content based on the interests of the customer. Tinyclues has made it possible to send more campaigns every week. Thanks to fatigue management we are also able to manage the contact pressure in order to keep our deliverability at a good level.
