Integrated with Google Calendar to sync across the app

What do you like best?

TimeHero helps classify and is a smart reminder app with AI integrated to let me know what to prioritize next. Before Timehero, I found it hard to decide which one to do first when having multiple small tasks. TimeHero has solved this problem for me and setup a structured schedule for my daily tasks. I can immediately know what to start and follow through the list, it's a personal assistant that even personal assistants can use. The UI UX is flexible by letting you change your due dates, priority level and even drop and drag around the tasks if they have been moved to other dates. Plus point, you can link the tasks so that it knows how to remind you at the right sequence.

What do you dislike?

- Siri or Alexa aren't integrated to create tasks, it would be great to assign tasks using your voice for busy managers.

- The actual running and layout of the GUI could be improved as it's a little boring as it is, although very clear and easy to see with white background & simple black text.

-This is not a big issue but it takes time to learn how to use certain features like integrating calendars at the beginning just like any apps.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

After trying other Google calendar, Trello, I can say this is by far the best tool I have used. It's a great distinctive app with the integration artificial intelligence to help in your everyday work life, and thus might be more efficient than a secretary. For business or self-employed people, this app would be ideal at cutting down costs and can help improve communication on tasks between team members, especially during the quarantine. You can track the team progress with the forecasting tool, which I really life and that's why it's a very efficient app. After using Time hero I feel there's less stress and more work done.

Templates can be reused to create new project schedules almost instantly, saves a lot of time recreating from blank new ones.
