What do you like best?

When you finally learn how to use it, the directions are spelled out for you. After training it was easy to go through the steps to get your work completed. It was very easy to navigate the software.

What do you dislike?

It is a very long process to get things done. A step that could be as easy as a click of a button was 5 different steps in tik-it. Often times mailings got stuck in the middle of a mass distribution and that prevented any other mailings to go out. We had to call a customer service number and it sometimes could take hours until the program was resolved and we could continue working.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would use another software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company actually stopped using Tik-it. But it was easy to send our mass emails with this software.
