What do you like best?
Besides having an excellent product, I found the most helpful about ThreeKit is the people who work there. Not only are they creative problem solvers, but they are active listeners to what your needs and visions are. They are authentically team players bringing in the best people to tackle the job at hand. I am not a software professional, and the ease of our communication was seamless. The end product was what we hoped for and more. They stayed engaged in the entire process and check-in regularly to keep the platform current and relevant.
What do you dislike?
I can not say I dislike anything about this company. I saw no weakness, no negativity, no ego. Their staff is easy to work with, and I always looked forward to their calls even if we addressed a problem. I highly recommend this company.

We are in the consumer product business, and our product is not easy to understand in the packaging. ThreeKit helped us address several issues. Clarity of what the product is to the consumer. Engagement with the product. Investment to facilitate repeat sales. ThreeKit creates a bridge to the real world through digital participation. They helped us build an online experience that we call the "Configurator: Build A Car." Our customers can engage with our product, understand it, create a fully buildable, customizable unit, order it, and receive their custom design in the mail—magical.
