Advanced user of ThreatAdvice EducateThis platform allows us, as an MSP, to help out clients learn how to spot and avoid falling prey to spam and phishing attacks. The regular tests are great and necessary to its effectiveness. The training videos themselves are informative and helpful.
While the training videos are informative, they are also boring and need to do a better job of keeping the users attention span if they are to focus and learn anything from the videos. Also the test fake spam/phishing emails are incredibly easy to spot since they always come from the same email address, domain and ip address. Also if anyone pays attention to the URLs of the imates in the test emails, they will see threatadvice right in the URL.
This is a great phishing and other threat recognization and training platform. It help users to recognize threats and helps organization see where their weak points lie and where to focus their threat prevention efforts.
