TI is a great partner who listen and respond to requests

What do you like best?

The platform offers a robust content building and management interface. We don't need to purchase another tool to create our courses, we can do it all within TI.

Their panorama feature allows us great flexibility in siloing content and experiences for specific customers.

The team is very knowledgeable and friendly - we feel that they listen and respect our goals and help us achieve them.

We can quick responses to our general support tickets, and our reps are highly responsive.

What do you dislike?

API needs to mature (esp. frontend API) - but hopefully improving in the coming quarter(s).

API rate limiting is exessive.

The developer experience isn't great. No deep theming options, Git integration for code/change management, deployments, etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I believe TI offers the most flexibility in LMS vendors on the market. They're a great partner and highly recommended.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

TI allows us to deliver learning experiences for our customers at all levels. By growing understanding of our products, we believe we retain customers longer and spread the use of our products within their organization.
