Not very user friendly

What do you like best?

I like the Global Change functionality. Helps when we change the working assignment for a large client.

What do you dislike?

I do not like how it has no audit feature for the docketers to determine who did what and when. I also would like to have our information audited against PAIR and EPOline to improve the integrity of our data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use IPM for our daily docketing and I use it to run daily final reports for each of our offices. These type of reports can be auto-run with different programs.
