What do you like best?

Thingspeak is great open source IOT platform for build IOT prototype rapidly.Thingspeak provide http and mqtt apis for sending iot device data to thingspeak cloud.We can analyze and visualize IOT device data on thingspeak with matlab widgets.Thingspeak also provide feature for trigger any action based on data input.Thingspeak support many types of IOT device like arduino , raspberrypi and nodemcu.We can export out iot device data from thingspeak cloud for deep analysis.

What do you dislike?

Thingspeak is not very secure its apis is based on token parameter only.Thingspeak not apply any encryption on IOT device data so we can say that data is unsecure and hackable by third party.

Thingspeak is very helpful for us to build iot prototype rapidly in short time because we only need to more focus on hardware side and all cloud side is already setup and managed by thingsepak.Thingspeak is open source so we can contribute in it for building more advanced feature.Its all in one IOT platform for iot device data collection , analysis and management.
